Why do some AOL users receive an Incompatible Browser Detected message?

Select2Perform does not work with the AOL browser, but Internet Explorer may be used to access your AOL email and test link on

Open Internet Explorer.  While in Internet Explorer, go to  Once you are on the AOL website, click the MAIL button and log into your AOL email using your Internet Explorer browser.  Log into your email and click the link that was emailed to you and it should now work (since you are using Internet Explorer rather than AOL to access your AOL email).  Make certain all pop-up blockers are turned off.

If you did not receive an emailed link but instead started from another company's career/job web site (while using the AOL browser), use Internet Explorer and return to that other company's site using Internet Explorer.
