In order to ensure optimum performance of our system, we apply planned monthly performance related maintenance to all customer facing online systems. Each of the maintenance periods will require downtime during which there will be no access for candidates or administrators.

These dates have been scheduled outside of normal business hours to minimise the impact on customers. To minimise the impact on candidates, customers planning on setting up online assessment programmes during or including these dates should, if possible, advise candidates that access will not be available at the times indicated below.

Below you will find the planned maintenance dates for 2013 and 2014 for the SHL on Demand and SHL Central systems. The time (UK local) and the period of downtime is stated where known and we will update with full details closer to the planned date. In addition to maintenance we will also be installing software releases on the dates indicated.

Online Systems  2014 Planned System Maintenance Dates

Saturday, 15th Mar 2014, 5pm - 11pm, Maximum 6 hours downtime.

Saturday, 12th Apr 2014, 5pm - 11pm, Maximum 6 hours downtime.

Saturday, 17th May 2014, 5pm - Sunday 18th May, 5am, Maximum 12 hours downtime.

Saturday, 14th Jun 2014, 5pm - 11pm, Maximum 6 hours downtime.

Saturday, 19th Jul 2014, 5pm - 11pm, Maximum 6 hours downtime.

Saturday, 16th Aug 2014, 5pm - 11pm, Maximum 6 hours downtime.

Saturday, 20th Sept 2014, 5pm - 11pm, Maximum 6 hours downtime.

Saturday, 18th Oct 2014, 5pm - 11pm, Maximum 6 hours downtime.

Saturday, 15th Nov 2014, 5pm - 11pm, Maximum 6 hours downtime.
