How can I turn off my pop-up blockers?

Tests run in a separate pop-up window.   Pop-up blockers on your PC can prevent your test window from opening. Active pop-up blockers should be disabled. It may be useful to note that Internet Explorer has a pop-up blocker pre-installed and many anti-virus software packages such as Norton do as well.  Please read the manual that accompanied your anti-virus software to determine how to temporarily deactivate this. 

Turning off the pop up blocker in Internet Explorer - select Tools > Pop-up blocker > Turn off pop-up blocker.  On Norton Anti-Virus, temporarily deactivate this by right-clicking on the Norton Icon that appears in the task bar at the bottom right of the screen.
